It help customers track all spare parts orders through their computers or mobile phones.<\/p>\n<p>Every heavy equipment spare parts order will get an order number as the identity. One of the advantage of My Order feature is that displays summarized of all order details on the home page. Thus, it is easier for customers to monitor their orders. The list will be sorted into complete and incomplete orders to help customers monitor and evaluate them.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Know Your Spare Part Order Status<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Details of completed spare part orders are put together in the \u201cclosed order\u201d column. Each order ID will display detailed information on the type, the ordered spare part, order received date, and the OTIF percentage for the order. The Order ID on the spare part order list also contains an estimated time of the goods arrival.<\/p>\n<p>For incomplete spare part orders, the details will be available in the \u201cOpen Order\u201d column. As long as the orders have not been received, customers can track and monitor them through Order Tracking. The date of the order made, prepared, shipping, and invoice released are recorded and displayed in the order tracking feature.<\/p>\n<p>If the order status has been completed, the order ID status will move to the complete order column.
