  1. Check the link to transfer the User ID <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Check the inbox of registered email for the old version of KOMTRAX user ID to get the link. If the link is not found, please check your spam menu. Locate the invitation email sent by Microsoft. Open that invitation email then click on the \u201cAccept invitation\u201d instruction.<\/p>\n

    Attention<\/strong>. If you cannot find the invitation email, please contact UT Call at 1 500 072 or email to utcall@unitedtractors.com<\/a><\/p>\n

    1. Sign in to Microsoft Account<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Next, you will be redirected to the Microsoft sign-in page. Enter your Microsoft account ID and password.<\/p>\n

      Note<\/strong>: If you do not already have a Microsoft account, click the \u201cCreate One\u201d or \u201cGet a New Microsoft Account\u201d link and follow the next instructions.<\/p>\n

      1. Account Verification<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        After signing in to your Microsoft account, click \u201cAccept\u201d to verify the account. Then enter your active phone number to receive the OTP code via SMS. Enter the OTP code on the verification page and click \u201cVerify\u201d.<\/p>\n

        1. Log In to the latest version of KOMTRAX Website<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          In the final step, visit the latest version of KOMTRAX website via https:\/\/kba.komatsu.co.jp\/komtrax<\/a>. Enter your Microsoft account ID and Password. The KOMTRAX user ID transfer is already complete.<\/p>\n
