UT Connect: Monitor the Condition of the Machine’s Health in Your Grasp

United Tractors, Jakarta: Every customer wants their heavy equipment to operate optimally and efficiently. Therefore, routine monitoring is needed from several aspects such as fuel use, the amount of time used, as well as the used of heavy equipment characteristics. In responding to these needs, United Tractors has an application called UT Connect with a variety of main features, including the Working History feature.

Working History feature on UT Connect

Working History is part of My Equipment feature that can be used to determine the machine’ health condition. Customers can find out information on the details of Working History as a whole which are divided into 3 categories.

First, information about fuel usage. The amount of fuel used for each unit can be seen in detail on the “Fuel Consumption” page. Moreover, the track record for the use of heavy equipment fuel can be seen for past month.

Second, information about a heavy equipment time used. The number of hours the equipment used is displayed on the “Working Hour” page. The graph shows a comparison of total hours when the engine is turned on, or the machine when it is idle, as well as when the machine is working. Total Working Hour, Icon Idling Hour, Actual Working Hour will be displayed in the current week and month.

Third, information about the use of heavy equipment characterisic. On the “Working Characteristic” page, there is information about the total amount of time spent using ATT (attachments and traveling on heavy equipment). Also from the traveling data, there are some recommendations for using the traveling mode. It can be taken into consideration by customers in evaluating further activities.

Aside from that, the “Working Characteristic” page also contains information about the number of hours for machine work mode, namely Power mode, Eco Mode, and Breaker Mode. This information is related to the use of fuel in each function.

All information on the Working History can be seen from the last week to the last month in graphical form to make it easier for customers to do a report (report data).

With this complete information on the Working History feature, it is expected to help customers evaluate the machine work each month so that its performance becomes more effective and efficient.
