Soil Stabilizer or Recycler

The soil stabilizer / recycler has two functions. First, it acts as a recycler and repairs the damaged pavement from the surface course to the base course. Second, it is used as a soil stabilizer to mix lime, cement or other additives with existing materials to increase the stability and homogeneity of the road materials.
