This program is designed to provide peace of mind for customers through a combination of extended warranty, the use of UD Trucks Genuine Parts, and routine maintenance that can be performed by the customer’s mechanic or a professional mechanic from UT.

Guaranteed Quality Maintenance

UXP is a package only available when purchasing a new UD Trucks unit. All maintenance activities are carried out using UD Trucks Genuine Parts, UD Oil, and service procedures in accordance with United Tractors’ standards, ensuring the vehicle maintains optimal performance throughout its operational life.

Customers are given the flexibility to choose the mechanic who performs the maintenance:

• Service by Customer Mechanic
• Service by UT Mechanic

With these options, Business Partners can adjust their operational needs and budget without compromising the quality of protection for their units.

Extended Warranty up to 2 Years/8,000 Hours

The main advantage of UXP is the extended warranty, specifically for drive line components, which covers 2 years or 8,000 hours, whichever comes first. This protection is calculated from the date the unit begins operating (commissioning date) and provides significant added value, as it offers reliability assurance for the unit’s most vital components.

Program Terms and Conditions

For the UXP program to run optimally, there are several terms and conditions that customers need to pay attention to, including:

1. This package is only available to customers who purchase new units.
2. The UXP contract is included in the Purchase Agreement.
3. The standard warranty for units is 12 months or 100,000 km.
4. The Extended Warranty applies specifically to the Drive Line.
5. The warranty may be voided if:

• Non-genuine parts are used.
• The unit is involved in an accident (force majeure).
• Modifications or additions to the system outside of the specifications are made, causing damage.
• The unit is transferred to another party.
• The unit is operated in an area without UT support (more than 200 km from the nearest support point).
