The latest generation of 200-ton class excavators from Komatsu meets these needs, providing excavators with great power that is safe, comfortable, and highly reliable.

Komatsu PC2000-11R
Komatsu PC2000-11R is one of the flagship hydraulic excavators of United Tractors to meet the market’s need for the big loader equipment category, especially in the high-production mining business sector. The latest generation of this excavator comes with various upgrades and benefits for its customers. The newest model, Komatsu PC2000-11R, was first launched in Indonesia in 2023 and remains the market leader for 200-ton class excavators. This is supported by the excavator’s unique design, the latest and most comprehensive features in its class, and full support from United Tractors’ excellent after-sales service.

Achieve High Productivity with Newly-Designed Engine
The Komatsu PC2000-11R generates a large amount of power from the latest SAA12V140E-7 engine from Komatsu, which is equipped with reliable performance features and clean and efficient fuel. The engine produces a power output of 780kW/1,050 HP, which is very powerful for material-loading equipment. Komatsu provides three working modes that customers can adjust to various working conditions. The first is the P+ Mode (Power Plus Mode), which provides a 12% increase in productivity compared to the previous generation. The P Mode (Power Mode) is the second working mode option for stable productivity and fuel efficiency. This mode increases productivity by up to 7%. Finally, the E Mode (Economy Mode) can reduce fuel consumption by up to 9%, providing more profit while reducing carbon emissions.

Durable and Sustainable Engine
In line with the government’s regulation to constantly raise environmental awareness, Komatsu strives to preserve the environment by implementing the PC2000-11R engine, which already complies with EPA Tier 2 emission standards and has a lower noise level. The Power Module Packaging technology is used to minimize air turbulence noise within the engine compartment. The Tier 2 carbon emissions and lower noise levels make the PC2000-11R a more environmentally friendly heavy equipment.

Reliable in Various Business Sectors
The toughness of the Komatsu PC2000-11R is supported by a reinforced frame structure, making it resistant to extreme working conditions and heavy tasks. Its boom has also been strengthened with a refined design and additional side plates. This development makes the boom very robust and resistant to high torque. The arm is equipped with an arm rock protector as a standard to protect the arm from impacts of rocks and other materials during operation. These upgrades are designed to provide high durability in various working conditions and extend the unit’s lifespan.

Operator’s Safety and Comfort
The safety and comfort of the operator in the job sites are crucial factors for the mining and heavy equipment industries. Komatsu has designed and equipped the PC2000-11R with several features to support these factors. The excavator’s cabin is specially designed to provide increased safety and comfort during operation. This sturdy and solid cabin has a roof that has passed impact testing by OPG Level 2 (ISO 10262). The panels and buttons inside the cabin are easily accessible, including the emergency engine stop switch button, which is located inside the cabin and installed at two other points: on the power module and the cabin’s exterior. This feature is designed to cut off the excavator’s power flow in emergencies or if there are any malfunctions, aiming to prevent short circuits or fires in the engine and electrical components.

In addition to safety, Komatsu also pays attention to operator comfort to provide a better working experience during equipment operation. Komatsu has designed the PC2000-11R cabin to accommodate long working hours and extreme weather conditions in mining applications. This spacious cabin also provides extensive visibility due to the wide windshield at the front and sides of the cabin, minimal vibration, and sound insulation.
